The Meadow Fresh rainbow experiment was created in assocation with National Primary Science Week which promotes and celebrates the teaching and learning of science in primary schools throughout New Zealand. Delicious Thick & Creamy Ambrosia
Gently mix the below into a large bowl, and chill for 30 minutes.
1 packet (180g) of Marshmallows
300ml Meadow Fresh Cream
500g Meadow Fresh Thick & Creamy Yoghurt - Strawberries and Cream, Vanilla Bean or Raspberries & Cream
2 tins well drained boysenberries
2 cups of Fresh Fruit - any mix of Pineapple, Strawberries, Berries
